Hot off the needles (I literally cut the last end less than 10 minutes ago), here is my new favorite FO ever.  I am sorry for the crappiness of the pictures, it's dark here already, but I just had to share.

I used just over 8 skeins of Cashmerino DK, I did not double strand it as the pattern says.  This created a lightweight, drapey garment.  It took me about 6 weeks.  The pattern is pretty straightforward, I think it's a great design, very unique how the designer incorporates "zigzags" throughout the  piece.

I haven't seen too many of these out there but I highly recommend this pattern!!

I've always admired that sweater, and your lighter version looks fantastic.  Great idea!  The colour you used is beautiful.

Wow, I like yours so much better than the one pictured on Knitty. Did you lengthen it?

Oh, that's really nice.  I have had my eye on the matching hat pattern for zigzag, and I think this has really convinced me to dive in!  It looks great!

Did you lengthen it?

Yes. I have a really long torso, so I lengthen everything.
