well I have two Halloween parties to go to tonight, and I needed to at least have a holiday-themed outfit so I made this skirt.  it has just a regular elastic waist, nothing special.  I was still proud of myself that it only took an hr. and 20 min. because it is my second skirt *brag* sry....anyway here it is:
