Halloween Dollie Costume

Hi, this is my first post with pictures ,it is a pic of my halloween costume though i'm not really sure what i am...i was going for a dollie look ,or maybe a little girl. What do you think?

Im using some knee hi white stockings and patent fucshia maryjanes with high heels ..yeah i'm thinking on wearing ponytails (i dont like braids , then i will look sorta like dorothy  hehe ..
No , i didnt use a pattern , i just reconstructed an old vintage long dress i found at at thrift store
