Yep, I tried the dawn paste twice, and it didn't work.  It was an old stain, so I guess I was just pulling at strings.  I found some nice cartoon dinos online, so I'm going to try washing the shirt one more time, then embroidering/applique-ing the dinos on...  although I do like the ribbon idea, too.  maybe I'll do that to another shirt, just for the heck of it!!  Thanks all!  Once I get it done, and figure out how to add pictures, I'll show you the finished product!

Yay!!  I made a functioning shirt out of the stained nuisance!  I finished it around easter time, but never got around to posting pictures of it... Now let's just hope it works... Grin  Let me know if you wan't close ups of any of them!

The Front...

Close Up of the Pteradactyle...

And, the Back (ignore the fact that it's taken over-the-shoulder in my bathroom!!)...

And yeah, let me know what you think (and if the pictures post!!)

It's cute!  Great save on this one.

btw, I tried out that stain removing paste on a pair of pants with a (several times) washed and dried grease stain and it did a great job taking it out.  So... it works well for some things, but I guess not everything.
