Wow! Thanks everybody. Ronnie-boy was fun to make, he was the cause of me sending out a bit late, but I think he really ended up being worth it.

Glad you like everything KC...

I got home yesterday to find a package from mint waiting for me!

I took pictures, but I don't have my camera cord handy, or more batteries for the camera itself. Those will have to wait until Monday when I'm back at work with my, er, the office card reader.

Mint was so awesome! She painted not one but TWO totebags, saying that she felt bad that one had been botched due to a scary blackout incident. (Mint, did you go to the doctor or something to figure out what happened? Yikes!) Personally, I liked the way you adapted the happy accident with the stars! They're very fitting for Luna, I think. There's the "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure" quote painted on one side and a lovely orange radish on the other.

I also found in my package a sweet little piggy bank. He has a lightning bolt drawn on his head, "The End Is Near" written on his butt, and "Pennies 4 Potter" written on the sides. He might be my favorite item, just because he's so darn cute! (And how did you know I haven't saved up a small cash stash for the book? Perfect place to put it, I think!)

Mint also knitted me a lovely dark blue Calorimetry, and included lovely silver buttons so that I could sew them on to fit it to my head accordingly. Brilliant! (And the *** word I'd been trying to call "deatheaters" was actually "calorimetry"!)

And then I found this sweet little drawstring pouch, which had three colors of metallic Sculpey, so that I can make my own wizarding money. (Yes, I'm that much of a dork that I will.) And I think the pouch will work well as a money bag, which is fantastic.

There was also a spool of sparkly silver ribbon, which I think I'll use to tie up my hair today. (Well, not the WHOLE spool. I don't have THAT much hair. Cheesy )

Thank you so much, mint! I love everything! You were so thoughtful, and I'm excited to take one of the totebags to the movie and book releases. I think they're just the right size for the book, which is perfect.

Thanks for organizing such a great swap, yam wam! Hip hip hooray!

Thanks for all the compliments on Ron! I think he's the best received object I've ever posted/had posted on Craftster.

He was a labor of love, but I'm so happy how he turned out. My favorite things about him are the cuffs on his shirt sleeves. Hee Hee.

I'm back at work today, so here are pictures of what mint sent me!

I got home yesterday to find a package from mint waiting for me!

The spoils! Look at all this awesome swag!

The piggy bank, metallic Sculpey, and awesome flowery drawstring pouch.

The beautiful buttons for my calorimetry (pictured in the top picture, lower right).

Radish detail, from the back of the totes.

And finally ...

Thanks again, mint! You rock!
