Fill a Shoe Box Swap!

Dude, I understand!  We are trying to get our first house this summer.  I'm trying to stay with light swaps that don't take a lot of heavy crafting.  That's why I can't wait for this one.  It sounds like fun, but not a WHOLE tone of work, you know?  Plus cool stuff in return!   Superhubby is even excited for this swap.

I think I messed up!!!! I signed up for a 5x5 swap. Does this now mean I can't participate in this swap untill I get feedback? I really wanted to do this one, but the 5x5 sounded really good as a first time thing. Can I promise to be good and sware things will get where they should be by the right date and do 2 as a first-timer without any feed back?

I'm afraid not    I don't want to have to have a Mod "remove"  you from a swap nor do I want to not be able to organize anymore because I didn't follow the rules.  IF this swap gets alot of interest I probably will do another one and I will put you on my list of people to PM if another round gets organized.

take a shoe box (either one of the plastic ones that you can buy at the store or a cardboard one <- with a cover) decorate it ...then fill it with goodies .

That's a great idea! But wouldn't it be a bit heavy to send? Also some countries don't let you send food in the post -
I 'd love a "crafting special" shoe box!

sorry I should have specified...the "goodies" would be either supplies or other crafted items for your partner.  It kind of along the lines of a fill a flat rate box but here we are crafting up the box we are filling...I guess you could send 'food goodies' as well if the country your partner lives in will let you send candy type items
