I made this lil' guy for a swap.  Please be kind, I'm verrrrry new to sewing, let alone making a bag & wallet.  Before this I have only made a few pillows, pouches and a puzzle ball.  I'm getting better (I think), but it's definitely a learning experience with each project.

I knew my partner liked purses and elephants, so I had to at least try to make one for her.  It was screaming her name at me! Cheesy

That's awesome, apparently great minds think alike, i was just adapting a pattern for a stuffed elephant to make into a purse.

Unfortunately, no, I chickened out and made a square lining. Cheesy  I use a very small amount of fiber fill for his trunk and feet so he'd keep his shape.
