The tablecloth just asks for a close-up

I also did the insides of the drawers with panterprint sticky plastic, rawrr...
http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e273/corpsetlames/DSCF2522.jpg

You'll need
- a desk
- awesome plastic tablecloth
- 2 pairs scissors (I used my fabric scissors for the plastic because there was cotton at the back and normal ones for the sticky tape, which is really really hard to cut and leaves glue on the scissors)
- double-sided tape

http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e273/corpsetlames/DSCF2498.jpg
1.Put tape all around the edges of the top of the desk

http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e273/corpsetlames/DSCF2499.jpg
2. Put the tablecloth on top (make sure it is on tight)

http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e273/corpsetlames/DSCF2500.jpg
3. Put tape all around the sides too and fold it over underneath the sides.

http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e273/corpsetlames/DSCF2502.jpg
4. Stick the tablecloth over the sides and underneath and then cut off the leftover pieces. So you get this:

http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e273/corpsetlames/DSCF2509.jpg
5. Do the same thing with all the sides

This is what it eventually looks like:

And this is what your floor will look like:

that's so cute!  i may have to try something like that with my desk, which needs some sort of disguise for all the scratches and nicks on it.

I LOVE this desk. I need something like that for my room so bad. I don't have an extra room in the house for an actual craft room, but I could store almost everything in that.

Ma'am, you're amazing.

It is beautiful.
