Hi!

I was at a loss for what to make today, and I wanted something unique, so I sat with some posterboard and designed a sea turtle. This is only the 3rd plushie I've ever made, so I'm really proud.

Then I was debating what to make it out of, and I really wasn't in the mood for using felt today, so I went with some gorgeous batiks.

I can scan in the pattern if anyone wants to use it, and I can post a photo tutorial on how I made it if anyone's interested.

The Pattern:

The Final Product:
My Sea Turtle!!

It's so cute! I love that fabric- did you batik it? It's nice to see some other mediums than felt- great job!

No, I didn't batik it, I purchased it that way. Cheesy  I'm usually a quilter, so this was a bit strange for me to do, but I loved it!
