I never post on this board, but this is a recipe I modified from Linda McCartneys cookbook.. I'm not very varied in what I eat, and this is one of my favourite things to eat ^_^
Its so simple, you're going to have this stuff in your cupboard.You need:
(or one of those already sliced ones, as long as it wholegrain)
(grated) - Kilmeaden cheese (Irish) is bloody gorgeous, i have it on everything!
- I use organic
*Salt and Pepper
1. Slice your bread, crush garlic and mix with olive oil, spread on bread
2. Allow to lightly brown under grill for 2 minutes
3. Spread with tomato puree, sprinkle with oregano, salt & pepper. Grate cheese (liberally!) over slices
4. Place in grill on a medium heat for 5-10mins, until cheese has melted. Then remove and enjoy!
For the weight concious, just get some kitchen paper and press lightly on the pizzas to remove excess oil!
I usually eat three! Greedy ^_^NOTE:
I don't put the plate in the grill!!
