I felt like sharing (because I am MASSIVELY proud of this!)...this is my first crocheted clothing item, completely my own design. I crocheted it sideways to give it more stretch. If you can make out the Clash tanktop under it, I made that too Wink I might try writing up a pattern and submitting it to Crochet Me (for a fall or winter issue probably), but I don't know if it'd be worth the effort. I was trying to go for a 70s punk-y look, I think I got there okay. the yarn is a super fuzzy and soft mohair/acrylic blend(cervinia lane softer)...the only thing is that it sheds on EVERYTHING, after pulling the shirt off and on while making adjustments I had fuzz all over my face!

pictures!:

(sorry I look cranky, from what you can see of me...still fighting off the flu of DOOM DOOM DOOM *cough* and couldn't muster an effective smile)

(heh, if they're obvious, at least my bra straps match the sweater...sort of >_< I was too tired to put on a different tank)

Whatcha think? Smiley

Cute! It totally reminds me of the 80's with the off-the-shoulder-ness.
