i made this headband out of scraps from a jeans-to-skirt recon!  i hate having the whole legs of pants left and nothing to use them for.





i'm not so sure about the buttons, because they mess up the pattern of scrunchy parts that i have going throughout (i don't think you can tell from the pictures, but it just gives the denim a scrunched look so it doesn't lay flat.)  i might replace it with a denim flower but i've never made a really successful cloth flower so we'll see.

That's awesome. I likes. Does the picture show the true colors or is it just light denim?  I know what you mean about cloth flowers. I always mess'em up.

the contrast is a bit off, but yeah, it's light denim.  just not that light.  thanks for the compliments!  i'm looking around for decent cloth flower tutorials right now. XD

I ended up making a fabric flower right after I posted the last message.  Here's what I came up with:
