I was trying to think of some more things, and you know how it is... laying awake at night, trying to go to sleep, and suddenly you get blindsided by an idea? Well, this was one of those moments.

I contemplated putting these in Crochet, but they don't really go there, so I decided to put them here. Hope they're in the right spot!

And now, I present:

Keyboard Key chokers! I popped all the keys off of two keyboards, washed and sanitized them in a little bit of bleach and detergent, then filed down the backs of the keys and drilled holes in the top. The choker bands were made of crochet thread.

Right now I'm also working on a Pirate one, including a painted "Jolly Roger" key. I think these are so neat and unique, so I wanted to share!

Oooh, I love them, they are hilarious!

You should totally make one with a 'Panic' button, or an 'Any' key.  Great job!

Hahahahaha.  You should put those out to the Nerdcore kids.  My brother saw these & was like "one should say 'Wiid'" in reference to an MC Chris song...and of course the system.

cute_anarchy: Ooo, a Panic button and an Any key would be awesome! Thanks for the idea!

runyerpockets77: I've actually never heard the expression "Wiid", but now that I know about it, I probably have to make one. And it doesn't have any E's in it!

Ska Hippie: Thank you very much

Thank you, xstitchdollx! I used size 10 crochet thread, which isn't very thin (which is good, because working on black like that makes my eyes hurt!).

mamamoonie: LOL, thank you. They're pretty easy to make-- pop keys off keyboard, clean keys, file down the back and drill a hole. The choker bands were simple as well really. Glad you like them!
