Hi

The patterns at fitzpatterns.com are provided in AO and in Letter so they will print on A4 but not be cut off in Letter.

There's also all the Showstudio designer ones:

http://www.showstudio.com/projects/ddl_yamamoto/download.html
http://www.showstudio.com/projects/unf/unf_start.html
http://www.showstudio.com/projects/ddlmcqueen/download.html
http://www.showstudio.com/projects/ddl_margiela/info.html
http://www.showstudio.com/projects/dressmeupdressmedown/download/

(they're really hard to find on the site itself so you probably want to keep these individual URLs!)

And the Craft: magazine podcast has TONS of free patterns (a mix of sewing, knitting and crochet patterns) that will automatically be downloaded when you subscribe (for free, like in iTunes, only you get pdf patterns instead of music).
