I've had this bulletin board forever and it needed a bit of love.

So with a bit of inspiration from Shim and Sons, I turned it into this.

What do you think?

ps. more info on my blog for anyone interested

That's gorgeous!
I really like the colour, and the whole pockets idea Grin

I painted my notice board back when I had a more...eclectic taste in colour, and I've been thinking about what I could possibly do to change it, this sort of thing would be perfect!!!

Now if only I had brilliant fabric!

that's beautiful!   Cheesy

Is the cork painted or did you use a fabric panel as well as pockets?

Thanks, snowyangel!  The bird fabric is from Ikea, of all places. Smiley

Thanks Mave! Smiley  The cork is covered with a big piece of cloth and the pockets are sewn onto it.
