hurrah for aquatic macroinvertebrates!  this swap sounds like a good thing.  and if anyone wants to catch me a caddis fly larvae and feed it with Swarovski crystals then I'd be more than willing to be your swap buddy.

Ah, yes - I'm thinking of opening signups in early May, with crafting in late May into June. Is this good timing for people?

Oooooh! Darn! Just when I was going to swear off swaps for a bit!

Okay, I'll do this, but I have to give myself a rule: everything I make must come from my bountiful stash! And sorry starfish13, I don't have a caddisfly larva in my stash (which is too bad, because I've seen the jewelry made from them, and I totally want one!!) Wink

Actually, the timing for this one is great! I am in a few swaps right now (okay, 5), but I''ve already sent on one, am sending on another tomorrow, and should be sending on a third (and possibly a fourth) by next Monday. So, my swap duties should be relatively light! Plus, school is starting to wind down, so late may into June is perfect!

Due to my getting sucked into a production of Romeo and Juliet, the earliest start to crafting would be Memorial Day (the last Monday in May, the 28th?). Or the Monday following (June 4), if people would rather stick to June. I'm enamored of long signup times, so signups will probably start in another week.

I'd rather stick to June, so my vote is for the start-to-craft by June 4th. How much crafting time will we have approximately?
