insanely amazing!  this is truly beautiful and even more ingenious because it's made entirely of scraps, how cool is that?  i am in awe, your knack for mixed media work is out of this world, i love it!  Grin

Thanks!  I'm almost finished with the 2 pieces I did today, they are primarily cancelled postage stamps, magazine pics (used with the packing tape transfer method), fabric scraps, maps, and phonebook pages and paper doilies....sounds complicated, but I dig them.  Will try to take some pics tomorrow for you gals!  Smiley  (After work)

Yes, I have been inspired by her figures, hence the pointy hat!  Smiley

Here I am with it in the Gallery!  The owner said it had gotten lots of comments and compliments, so that is promising....I'm hoping she sells!  (cause I need the $) but I will miss her, for sure!

The color is actually brighter than the photo.

Something funny: when I was taking the picture, a few other artists were commenting how I used 'MY' face as the marionette girls...but I didn't! It's the Mona Lisa!  They said I really look like her, that maybe I was the model for the painting in another life, how funny is that???
