Well, I've seen cozies for everything else!  My son is a little beaver and instead of napping, enjoys nibbling on his crib (to the point he has wood chips all over him).  What's a knitting mama to do?  Knit up a crib cozy of course!  Done in el cheapo - Red Heart.

I'm sure the knitting is great, but I am totally distracted by the baby cuteness. What a smile!!!  Cheesy

Oh!  That is TOTALLY cool!!!  I will keep this in mind.  My son is in a pack and play so it's just fabric on the sides... but there's plenty of drool!!  Great job and very creative!!

What a great and creative idea!  Did he get mad at you for taking away his "chew toy"?!  He is soooo cute, I just want to give him a big hug and pinch his cheeks!

Thank you for all your responses!  I did it in an act of desperation as I #1 - wanted to hide the now chewed up crib and #2 - didn't want to spend any money!  He doesn't mind them so much - I don't know if they 'scratch the itch' enough though.  This too shall pass soon!

Even now in sixth grade we don't let her have wooden pencils becasue she eats them.......
