I gathered the inspiration to make this at this website: http://www.squidoo.com/alteredcanvas/

It's acrylic paint, gesso, newspaper, rubber stamping, some scrapbooking stickers, and a printed image.

I was in such a bad mood last night and being able to just slather paint and gesso all over this canvas was so therapeutic! I think I've found a new addiction!
