Mojo, no need to use vinegar. Vinegar might make the colour darker though, I haven't tried it.

Salexish, if blowing the eggs is difficult, make your holes a bit bigger. You need a biggish hole to hang the egg anyway and they still look nice.

Wow! Those are amazing! I was going to try a variety of natural dyes this year, but now I have a new technique to try as well. I cant wait thanks so much. Here is a websight I found with natural dyes for anyone who's interested.

dyeing eggs naturally

she says you can use red cabbage, turmeric, onion skins, beets, and coffee. can't wait to try

OMG! They are sooo beautiful.... We don't really celebrate easter like you ppl do... but my mom would loved them sooo much on her Xmas tree... I'll probably try one, and show it to her...I know she'll fall in love with them.... Thanx sooo much for the instructions...
