This began as a circle skirt but turned into my first finished garment that isn't a recon. I wanted it to follow my school's dress code, but I cut my fabric a bit too short. That's what I get for not measuring, but I digress.

I added an extra tier to the underside to add length. I wanted the waistband to have a button closure, thus forcing me to use the buttonhole foot on my sewing machine for the first time. Twas a success. Anyways, on to the pictures:
