I love the purpley goodness ,and the nannyisms! I think pratchett needs to do a book just of those-giving conley full credit,of course.  After reading about unseen universitie's purple sheep,I'm almost afraid to ask about the purple leopard "skin"-perhaps the leopards keep the sheep population in check?
I'd like to try the koolaid dyed yarn sometime. I had a natural dyes class maaany years ago. I love how yours came out. Darn it,I've GOT to learn how to crochet! I love yarn too much to not know how to use it!

Aren't I just a lucky gal for getting all that yarn goodness?  Grin

Serial Crafter's favorite character is Nanny, who is one of my top three (she holds #2 only to Vimes and its a really close call*)... it also helps that I have a really dirty mind, so the Nannyisms were easy to come up with.
The leopard print fabric was going to be a rice pack from faraway ferign parts like Klatch or Detroit.... and if anyone would have something that was leopard print and from ferign parts, it would be Nanny**.

* #3 is the Luggage, I wish my purse was as cool

** Nannyism #429 After strenuous excercise its good to apply heat to worn out places +
+ But much better overall to apply heat AND strenuous excercise to worn out places if you get my meaning.  Wink

2/18/12 - I no longer have the directions for wrapped pens, I lost them several years ago. To obtain them for yourself, do like I did, contact DMC threads directly and ask for them.

How much am I kicking myself for getting rid of an old jewelry box that was built like a little treasure chest/storage trunk?  Wood, domed lid...red lining (perfect for an unfurled tongue).  Just.....grrrrrr  Angry

Awesome stuff so far, and Conley... I love that you have a belly tenant named Beans! My coworker had one named Peanut, but she had to move out last month and now is called Freya.  Cheesy

I do hope my package to our fearless organizer arrives soon, although it had a ways to go so I am trying not to hold my breath.

In non-crafty news: I wish I lived in the UK so I could join in on the Terry Pratchett for Knighthood Petition! http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Pratchett/

ETA: I like the Vimes Copper Badge closure on the needle roll... is it polymer clay?

I totally signed up to that petition Cheesy and I'll be sure everyone I know signs it too.

I'm starting to worry my parcel has vanished.
