here is a corgi dog that i knit for a good friend for his birthday.  he really wants a corgi, but doesn't want all the work that comes along with a dog, so i figured i would whip one up for him!  i'm very proud of how he came out:

and from the side:

i couldn't really find a pattern i liked so i made it up!  yay!  first knitting without a pattern!  the tie was a decoration on a present he got from someone else, and it just happened to fit perfectly on the dog!  serendipity, i tell ya!i used pantons (?) chacha or something like that and size 8 dpns.  whaddya guys think?

oh my, i melted when i saw the title for this post, cause i have a corgi, and let me say, you hands down win for the cutest double of my dog, period. THE BIG EARS AND ALL!! which make a corgi so CUTE!!! great job!! this made my day cause  i miss my dog so much, she's at home, while i'm at school. Sad

Let's grip it and rip it.

omg that is so cute!! i work at a dog boutique and it looks like some of the toys we sell!! great job!

I also want a dog but as a full time college student/dog store employee i dont have time. maybe i'll knit myself a dog!  Grin
