Its not all my fault, really.  When I am feeling sad, my husband says, "lets go get you some new yarn!"  and when I ask my son what he wants to do, he says, "can we go to the special yarn shop (the expensive one, with the really nice fibers) and pet the yarn?"  and when I see a cool new yarn in a magazine and say "wow", and the hubby says, "what?" and I show him, he says, "oh, that's neat, you should get some of that!"  How is that my fault?

Shocked  I am so envious of your husband and son!  My fiancee drags me out of craft and yarn stores by the back of my coat, and I (almost) never do that to him in computer stores!  (I just stand by him and sigh loudly and repeatedly. *cheeky grin*)

Superhooker...Oh my gosh, I am so jealous of you...all that beautiful yarn!  Ok I'll stop drooling now!  Just amazing!

My hubby and sons are very supportive of my craftyness...my oldest and middle son are always asking me when I'm makig something if that's for them.  When ever I make a swap package that includes a amigurumi I have to make one for each of them (jloveg I now have piggies floating all over my house  Grin)  Hubby actually sends me to the craft store with a bit of extra $$ he puts aside just for me to "blow".  How can you not love a man like that, even if he drives me NUTS!!

Oh yeah, Superhooker I''m going to "borrow" your map idea for when I finish my craft room I think that is such an  AWESOME idea!  Dumb question thought where can I buy a map like that?  Book store maybe?

LOL I will definately show this to my mom. She doesn't understand the concept of needing new yarn, as if all yarn suits all projects. Thanks a lot!

My particular map came free in the middle of a National Geographic magazine, but I know they have a whole rack of them at Barnes and Noble.

I just got my package from jloveg, and it is cool!

First some lovely yarn.  There are four skeins of Lion Boucle, in two different colorways, two super soft fun fur skeins, one brown ball that feels like it has a bit of wool in it, and a turquoise novelty yarn.

Next up, some embroidery floss, a huge jar of assorted beads, buttons and charms, a pack of zippers, and a bag of butter toffee coated sunflower seeds.  Those puppies have already been opened and snacked upon, and boy are they good!

A bunch of different fabric.  Some brown floral, denim, white gauzey stuff, tan, flannel backed garbardine, and Betty Boop print!

A close up of the print.  It's so cute.

The lovely note she wrote on the box...aww.  Grin

And my kitty, Alex, inspecting the box it all came in.

Thanks so much, jloveg!  I love it all!  (And those sunflower seeds will disappear quickly.)
