I made these recently for the Doctor Who swap.

I'd been meaning to make a Dalek for ages, ever since I rediscovered crochet, there's just something about a mean exterminating machine being turned into a cuddly toy that's irresistable. Now I have to make one for myself, my kids and all my fan friends!

I was really pleased at how the Tom Baker doll came out, I've never made a doll before, or done hair. He sat in my sitting room looking all cute and it was all I could do to send him to my partner!

that is awesome! I used to sit and watch dr. who with my brother when I was younger. It was one of his favorite shows. Smiley

Thanks for all the nice comments! They both took a few days to make, that's usually just evenings when I get the chance to crochet. I wrote down what I did for the Dalek, but some of it was by eye, like deciding where to put the bobbles, so a pattern might be hard to write. I will try to put something together though.
