Amigurumi eats my soul!!!

I thought this little guy was the perfect way to show how amigurumi has taken over my life. I made the pattern up, though I stole the wings from a flying pig pattern I found somewhere on the web.
Tell me you wouldn't mind having this cutie engulf the world in his slimy tentacles.

Awww, Cthulhu! I mean.. >.> "AHHHH!"

I tried making a cthulhu and gave up; I'm way too pattern-dependent still, gotta wean myself from that. :-D

I really like the way you got his tentacles to curl. Would you mind sharing how to do that? Adding the wings was a good idea! I've seen the piggy pattern, too.

This Cthulhu is going to cutely eat you first! :-D

Thanks for all the comments! Cutie Cthulhu will be sure to give you a quick death when he crushes this dimension.

The tentacles are actually very simple. I just chained about 10 stitches and then did 2 single crotches in every chain. That made them all twisty. Then I slip stitched some gray to the under sides of the tentacles to make them scarier and so they would match the edging on the wings.

The rest of the body  is just simple ball shapes.
