I would charge her full price too. I've had experience with "friends" where they just started taking advantage of me giving away my crafts for free the first time that they keep asking for freebies. Close friends I don't mind but "friends" I hardly talked to, I don't want to keep giving my crafts for free. Like the other advices given here, I would explain that she needs to pay for them.

ITA. Even at $15-$25 a handcrafted bag is a smoking deal.

I would charge her full price.

I've recently come to realise that I'm going to lose money if I sell my stuff locally at a cheaper price, just because i know the customer personally.

The best thing to do would be make her a price list and see what she says.
