I've seen some ppl use this pattern to make a potholders, dishcloths and rugs so if you want to make a rug go ahead but you have to post a pic of it lol.

Hi, Ladies--

If anyone's interested in joining in on this, there are a couple of new round ripple patterns on this blog: http://mikknits.blogspot.com/

I think one has twelve ripples and the other one has eight.

Keep it up. Everyone's afghans are great!

I didn't do this as part of the CAL, but this is my RR:

It is two strands of Lion Brand Microspun throughout, in Cherry, Mango, Buttercup, Lime, and Royal Blue. It was a royal pain, but well worth it in the end... but next time, I'm using a less demanding yarn, for sure!

I'm so glad I found this site and especially this crochetalong!  You all inspired me to get busy and make this, and I loved every stitch!  Grin

It is all leftover yarn and I had no plan for the colors when I started, I just used one color until I got bored with it, then switched to another color, always with one row of white between colors.  But I'm going to have to make another one because I still have plenty of yarn left.  Roll Eyes

Oops, since I'm new here, it won't let me post a picture, but here is a link to it:

Thank you, Aelita.  Of all the things I've made over the years, my DH is nuts about this one for some reason.  He insists we need to keep it and display it somewhere in the house, but I keep telling him it goes to the next baby born in our extended family.  And no, I'm not having another baby just so he can keep this afghan!!!!  Tongue
