Hi, everyone!
Does anyone know where I might find a free chart online of an oriental-style English alphabet? (If that makes sense...)  Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

I don't know about online, but aunt martha makes an iron on pattern of a pseudo oriental english alphabet and you can find them for pretty cheap (1.50 a pop) herehttp://sunbonnetsue.com/auntmartha/ampage1.html. good luck.

If you find a font that you like and you make a word in a drawing program and then save that as a jpg you can paste it into excell as a background. Then you make the cells 1x1 or 2x two or whatever looks right. Then you can fill the cells with color and print it - take the background off before you print. i made a great cat pattern for the skully sweater that way. It should work for anything you need a stitch pattern for - even cross stitch if you use x, o, /, etc.
