I love making aprons!  Especially cute ones.  I whipped up this one today.

The fabric is Apples & Pears by Alexander Henry, and the pink and yellow gingham were great finds in the remmant bin.

I gave it to my mother as a Birthday gift.  I plan to make a matching quilted pot holder and possibly some matching embroidered dish towels.

Any thoughts?

SO cute.  The fabric is terrific and definitely gives it a really great retro look.

Love the fabric, love the colors, LOVE the ruffles! This is one of the cutest aprons I've ever seen! Great job! I've GOT to get my hands on some of that Alexander Henry fabric--it's adorable.
