I am just getting started w/ polymer clay thanks to my local buddy, sarahpanda.

I pulled out the poly clay Monday night and went BALLISTIC making miniature food for her Blythe Dollies! The smaller pics didn't come out so well, but Sarahpanda has better ones.

The pieces that are mine are the mini key lime pie, the hot dogs & bowl of baked beans, the goddess figure, the cherries and the pseudo-scarab. Sarahpanda made the awesomest choc chip cookies, the vanilla cuipcakes and the great pizza!

We made even MORE last night, but I don't have piccies yet.

Hope you LIKE them!

THANKS!! I'm most proud of the hot dogs, to be honest.

Last night (my second day w/ polyclay), I tried to make my first cane...SUSHI... I learned a lot about tiny canes and how easy they are to smash. Hopefully, sarahpanda has pictures of those!

I'm so jazzed!

As requested, more pictures!!!!! Here's the stuff sullengal made:

Sushi with wasabi and shredded ginger! I was astounded by the level of detail sullengal achieved here.

For some reason I love the angle on the hotdogs here. It's like, whoa! Exciting Sculpey hotdogs!

And the less-impressive but equally tiny stuff I made:

Amusingly, the FIMO we used for the cupcakes and the meringue on the key lime pie was glow in the dark. So now my dollies have glow in the dark cupcakes to eat. Whoops!

Cookies and pizza, the breakfast of champions!

And for scale, one of my Blythes with said cookies in a jar. I should have put her in a different dress, the cookies blend in with the leopard print! lol!

Your first time sushi came out a lot better than mine did. I ended up giving up on it after one night and made ongiri instead. XD
