KCGal and I organized the last round.  I don't have the energy to organizer another, and I think KCgal has said something similar.  I thought I'd start a thread though since there's so much interest in round 2.

We're thinking about sign-ups from March 19th - 26th? for about 1 week, then make sendouts for April 9th?

NOW March 19th to March 31st for signups!
