I've got a while before I'll be sending out. I want to make a trip to the fabric district, which is guaranteed to a) kill a day, b) empty my wallet.

I can only dream about having a fabric DISTRICT around here.  There are a few good shops & I find more all the time, but a district would certainly make me go broke.

Sounds like a fun way to kill a day anyway.

Well, my husband is dragging me to the comic book convention (I like comics, not so big on the conventions) with him today, so maybe I can convince him to drop by afterwards "since we're in the neighborhood."

I have all of my fabric bought and nearly ready to go. I am hoping to have them packaged and out in the next few days.

So I figured I should start a gallery. Here it is http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=158898.0

I know this sounds silly, but I just wanna make sure my math is right...
How much is 1/2 a yard to be exact?
I was thinking it's 18"x52" but I just wanna make sure...  Huh
Thanks Cheesy

18 inches and the other number can vary depending on the width of your fabric. Some fabrics come 45" to 54" I've seen a range. So however it comes off of the bolt. Most fabrics (as far as I know,) are 45" at least the cottons that most of us are swapping.

Hope that helped.
