Cnack, that is such a great way to illustrate that theme. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work as well. Welcome to Craftster!

Cnack, I really like your innocence card! (I'm sure I'd like your other one, but I can't see it.)

#31 Flowers (I love birds of paradise!) and #81 Pen and Paper (I always plan to do one entirely in pen, but this is the first time I've actually stuck to that plan.)

Booo I'm so silly. I went to make the first ATC on the list; 'Introduction' (what better way to start?) and I thought, for a photo of myself I will use a polaroid seeing as my printer is out of ink.

Ofcourse, I took the polaroid and went to cut the card, and I never realised a polaroid was so much bigger than 2.5 x 3.5, all the cards I've seen look huge!

I think I'll try again in the morning when I've had some sleep, it's 2.20am right now Cheesy

Is this still ongoing? I just stumbled across this today and was totally inspired! I can't wait to start hehehe. I'll do it for myself even if the craft along has stopped, but I think it would be cool to have feedback! I've never made any ATC's before and I was wondering if there was certain criteria that I needed to stick to? Like size or material or such?

the only thing that matters is that the size is  2 1/2 X 3 1/2 inches, other than that you can do anything you want to. there is a ATC info thread posted at the top of this forum. it will tell you anything you need to know about ATCs, this thread is still going on, just with summer, not a lot of people have been doing ATCs in here   Smiley

Hello, all!  I saw this challenge, and even though I've never made an ATC in my life, I knew I had to get in!

So, here we go.  I've done 24 so far, and these are in the order they're in on the list.  I got the photos from Getty Images, by doing a search for 1960s.  We had a torrential rainstorm on Tuesday, courtesy of Hurricane Gustav, and some of them got water damaged in my backpack (I was using the scanner at school).

#25, Trouble Lurking

#27, Foreign

#33, Expectations

#38, Abandoned

#39, Dreams (that's not water damage; I did it on purpose)

#42, Standing Still.  I loved this picture and thought that standing still isn't always negative.

#44, Two Roads.  This kid struck me; at the moment this was taken, he could have gone either way.  He could just be a boy playing with a gun, or he could be a serial killer in the making.

#45, Illusion

#46, Family

#47, Creation

#51, Sport

#52, Deep In Thought

#57, Sacrifice

#62, Magic.  I'm sure this is some sort of advertisement for gingham, but it reminded me of my favorite movie, Shag, and the magic of female friendship.

#68, Hero.  I'm not overly thrilled with this one.

#70, 67%.  An absolutely true statistic!

#72, Mischief Managed. This woman's expression cracked me up, and I could just picture her finishing up with the Marauder's Map.

#73, I Can't.  I don't know if you can see the sign next to her, but it says "Smile."

#77, Test

#78, Drink

#79, Starvation

#90, Triangle

#98, Puzzle.  What the hell is that on her head?

#100, Relaxation
