Well, the computer is talking to the camera again this morning so here are my pics of what Mini sent to me, her pics are way nicer but I think a recipient of a gift should show it off themselves whenever possible  Grin I couldn't wait for my husband to get home last night so I could show off what I got even though I had sent him a MMS of it all LOL

The big fat squidgy parcel

The super soft AWESOME coloured roving

and last but by no means least is the superduperwonder needle roll!! I have put some of my needles to bed already in this pic.... I have to hunt out the odd ones now and fill 'er up properly  Cheesy

The colour is off in these pics too sadly, it really is the lovliest shade of deep purple, my favourite colour  Grin

Very cool needle roll - and Mini I am going to have to smack you - you mailed my package out on Monday - you got a speeding ticket trying to get my package to the po?  Smack you!  Okay, I guess I need to beef up my package a wee bit more now to make up for that ticket Wink

And if that is a sample of what is in store for me - I can't wait! OKay, I know I have to and it's all good!

Yes, it was Tuesday when I maile ur package & ZaftigMomma's.  But I wasn't actually speeding the the store.... I was just zipping along in the direction of the post office! Smiley
Sorry, it's going to take so much longer to get to you than ZM! Sad
That's always the bummer of these swaps!

Yippee! I received my swap journal from mlsocci74 (very well made by the way). It's perfect and I love it!

The scan isn't very good, but you get the idea.

Thank you mlsocci74!  Kiss

Mlsocci74 makes amazing journals, doesn't she? (as the proud owner of one from her, too!)

I don't know if xladyluckx is in the market for a new best friend, but she's totally got one. As promised, the person who made me a Wonder Woman slide pendant would be my new favorite person (a dubious but effective practice that I also have been known to employ at work), and she's it.

She says that the stamp was a tad too big to do the traditional way (using microscopic slides) so she broke out her stained glass materials and used this great textured clear glass. Here it is:

How fantastic is that?!? Go ahead, wist it, you know you want to.

It's really chunky and heavy. To give you an idea, here's an action shot (I did put on a shorter chain. When I said 20 inches was good. I was thinking end-to-end, not each side so originally it was hanging down in the navel area):

On the other side, is the other full body stamp that came out at the same time. I couldn't get a good picture of it, but you can check out the image here:

http://www.newsarama.com/dcnew/stamps/06_dccomics_600s.jpg

But the spoiling didn't stop there. Also included, six fabulous fabrics:

Assorted sizes of rick rack in all my favorite colors:

AND a bevy of buttons:

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Leah. I was dancing around with glee and the cats were torn between wondering if they should be concerned and trying to figure how long it would take for me to get it together and fill their bowls. You could actually see the confusion written on their llittle faces.

YAY!! I was a little worried about the heaviness, as you know.....woo! i can sleep soundly tonight, thank you very much! Smiley

And i have been checking USPS with the darn DC right on my desk and as of 7PM my time it still said accepted here at my post office! My refresh finger was getting a little, oh angry, is the nice word. Smiley hahaha
And it does now say delivered....i think the DC# thing is a plot against us. It doesn't work right most of the time!

I am so glad you liked the package of goodies...you send me amazing things, i just tried to return the gesture. You rule!
