Hi to everyone from the late-sender!

I just wanted to let my partners know that I have:

1) Arrived home safely
2) Received all yarn sent to me
3) Loved all yarn sent to me
4) Loved it so much, I immediately threw it together before thinking to take pictures
5) Decided to sign up for round 2 before actually making my scarf
6) SENT ALL YARN to you lovely ladies!  Plus a few strands extra to make up for sending delays.

I hope you like it.  I sent you all the same colors, so if one posts pics the others need not (or no one needs to really).

Okay, I can't wait to see more scarves!

Wow guys, this swap really turned out even more awesome than I thought when I first posted about it.  Sorry I had to bail as organizer, but y'all know about the money and time monster.  Seriously great job, they all look amazing.

I went on a picnic yesterday & took my yarn with me. No kitties in the park!  Cheesy Thanks to all my partners for the yarn & here it is, my lovely spring scarf!

Who sent the white ribbon with the little flower print? That became the basis for this whole thing!  Smiley The colors work really well together, in my opinion. Isn't it awesome how these scarves work out?!  Grin Can't wait to make another!

very pretty. it looks like a scarf a unicorn would wear! You did a great job putting it together.

I'm still waiting on one. I can't wait to braid this stuff up!

Love them!

How did you guys go about constructing the scarves? Did you braid from one end to another, did you hang it on something, etc? I ended up tying it in the center temporarily, braiding down one side, securing that, then turning it/untying the middle, and braiding down the other side. I thought my arms would fall off from braiding.  Grin

And maybe I'm much shorter (5'3") than other people posting, but my scarf looks a lot longer! It hangs a lot lower than it should, imo. Guess I should drape it more around my neck. :-D
