Wow, that room is so amazing! I'm incredibly jealous. It's so beautiful (*tear)!

I think my fiance teared up when he saw it too... probably because he was in shock, but, yeah, you know. Cheesy

sweets,
your room looks great!!! i totally cleaned up my craft room last week! i will have to join you by posting pics soon!

i love your paint can ideas!!! where did you get your little drawer organizers?  mama needs some of those, i am using jars right now!

Thanks!  Can't wait to see yours, too!

The little drawer organizers are from Wal-mart or Meijer - I forget which... I've had them for a long time.  They are in the hardware section though - typically used in garages to hold nuts & bolts & such.

that's soo cool. I really need a craft room. yours looks so organized.
great job!

Thanks much!

Oh wow! I'm so jealous!  Cheesy You have an amazing crafting space! And it's all so organized. By the way, I love the effect and the color of the walls, very pretty.

Awe....thanks!  The walls are my favorite paint in the house!  They took a while to "apply" the effect, but I really like how they turned out.  Though it's a red & black room, it really makes me happy in there.

I'm totally jealous. I have my own work room but its teeny weeny. As much as I try and organise its still chaos.

Hope you enjoy ure new space  Grin

I think I'm naturally just a messy crafter. Sad  This was a challenge!  I took everything completely out of the room and brought it all back in one box at a time.  I sat on the floor with the box in front of me & huge boxes side to side - one for trash & one for donations. Cheesy  I had my tin of crayons from when I was in elementary school still... I'm messy AND a packrat - hmph!

That's fantastic! Someday i hope to be as organized.

I love how you used those paint cans!!

Thanks!  They're cheap & weird... two of my favorite things. Cheesy

Thanks!

I've been in a crafter's slump - so hopefully the room will bring me out of it now!

Thanks, Carrie!

I think it's a little more red in person.  I forget the name of the paint color, but I think it was something like "red wine."

This is a fabulous room-I love how the black stands out agains the red walls! And I, too, love the paint cans- did you get unused ones at Home Depot? If not, how did you get them so clean?

I bookmarked this because I am hoping to tackle my craft room soon and I'm using yours for inspiration! Thanks for letting us take a peek at it!

Wow!! thanks for sharing.  Smiley

This is great! so organised, must be able to get so much more done when you can see everything and it's all to hand (unlike my organisation which means i have to route through everything just to find one item!)

You've inspired me to get more organised, though i dont think i'll be able to do as good a job!

Thanks!  I did get the unused ones at Home Depot - both the gallon & quart sizes.  They have dark-grey insides and come with lids, too.

Wow!! thanks for sharing.  Smiley

I HAD to get organized.  I kept buying more and more supplies because I would get tired of searching and wanted to make something for a swap...ha. Cheesy  I found unopened packages of goodies I don't even remember buying.  It's like I went shopping for the last 2 - 3 days. Cheesy

Best of luck & be sure to post photos when you organize!
