I love Ikea, not only for their 50 cent hotdogs but also for the huge amount of craft supplies! This swap is a challenge to see what you can make using as much stuff from Ikea as possible. They have fabric, raw wood, fixtures, free measuring tapes & pencils, cork board, frames, glasswear, paper products, perler beads, and the list goes on! They also sell batteries, paint, stains, hardware, glue and thread. Most of it is very well priced, aswell.
The idea is to use as much from Ikea as possible. I realize that you may need special adhesives, paint, etching cream, sewing supplies and other notions, and that is just fine. You can use what you need to make your craft, but the challenege here is to be innovative within the bounds of Ikea.
Each person will make 1 large, 1 medium and 1-2 small items for their partner. If you and your partner decide that you want to make more or less items, that is fine. As long as you agree on it, it's works for me!QUESTIONNAIRE TO ANSWER:
