So i loved the bunny slippers and really wanted to make them, HOWEVER, all i had was a bunch of green yarn that i really really really wanted to use up. And i decided that green bunnies might be weird. SO I made frog slippers. It's the same pattern except instead of making ears i made frog eyes.

Oh i did weave in the ends of the yarn. The yarn you see in the back on the second picture is there because i had to basically make a draw string for the tops of them because they ended up being too big for me. Undecided

Let me know what you think!

I love them! What a great idea to do froggie eyes instead of ears.

I'm wearing a pair of froggy slippers right now (they aren't crocheted or hand-maed, but they are cute)! When they finally bite the dust, I am definitely making a pair of these. I'm not exactly a bunny kind of person, but frogs...oh, yeah!

Thanks for such a neat idea!

So cute but are they comfortable to walk in? I have tried making slipper in the past but they feel like I am walking on little pebbles.

I love them, they're really comfortable, and i just used this really cheap acrylic yarn. I've only finished them like a day ago but i'm wearing them all over my dorm room and the dorm itself, hehe. I plan to throw them in the wash when i do my laundry and let them get a little softer.
