Going ghost!

I've so been waiting for this challenge theme to come up!  Smiley  I love making clocks, and I love trying to break the rules with them.  I've made a shadowbox clock with race cars, a giant clock, even one in a book box.

This is one of my favorites though, and it still isn't quite finished (it needs a topcoat of mod podge sealer still)!

Here's the clock:

I've been watching Danny Phantom lately, and I'm a lifelong fan of Ghostbusters, so I thought why not combine them?

For the first time I've done something really different for the hands, that's part of why I love it!  Here's Slimer floating around as the hour hand:

Danny Phantom is the minute hand:  (I actually was planning on using a shot of him flying in his costume, it's in the corner, but this pose covered the shape of the minute hand better -- he's too skinny!)

And the second hand is a proton beam shot from one of the Ghostbusters' proton packs, I still may redo this if I can find a better image to work from.  Not easy to find a clear unobstructed proton beam screen cap!!!

Oh and since it's ghostly and because I love making stuff glow in the dark -- the green 'slime' background and the ghost in the GB logo are glow-in-the-dark!  I tried and utterly failed to get a piccy of how it looks in the dark.  Trust me that it looks totally awesome!
