I hope this is okay to post here, because I am getting nowhere.  I ordered my wheel from Paradise Fibers, I got it okay and the fibers I ordered.  But a piece of the plying head is broken and I have emailed them a few times with no response or follow up (since last Thursday).  My husband could probably fix the piece, but I want to know if they want it back or will send a replacement or whatnot.  When you order something that expensive you kind of want it to be in working condition.

Has anyone had an issue with them?  Or maybe are they just really busy or having personal things going on?

Huh, interesting, I just got a reply finally to my email a few minutes after I posted this, they are passing it on to their wheel guy.  Hopefully it will be resolved.

Well they told me to send photos of the damage and they would send me the parts needed to make it work and that was the last I heard.  Not very good customer service.  I have no clue if parts are on the way or not.  My customer service ticket says that it is closed.

I will not be shopping there again.

I bought my wheel from them with very good customer service.

I recently have asked them a few things (about a replacement part) and it took 2 business days to get an answer, so I assume they are just very busy.  I honestly don't think this is bad customer service.  I would call them directly instead of emailing if you need a faster answer.

I really don't ever get upset and know things take a while and have no problems, but this has been going on for 3 weeks now with no real answer.  I just hope the replacement parts are on the way.

ARGH!!!!!!!!  I just went to make sure it fit and they SENT ME THE WRONG PART.  They sent the regular maiden, not the jumbo/plying one.  Well Bill is taking care of it and was very apologetic.  Thanks to Bill my new one should be here shortly.
