Sorry to brianaknits that it is taking me so darn long to post! I came here to post my pictures but the website hosting them is not working. How strange. Will try again later.

(This is time number three that I'm posting this. Let's hope it works this time!)

Okay! So here are the goodies for my pirate-themed bathroom:

A jolly roger rug, a skull 'n crossbones washcloth, and a pirate panda wallhanging!

Extreeeeeme Closeup of the cutest pirate ever! This wallhanging is so cute I might have to move it to the panda shrine!

Thank you brianaknits!

sarahpanda, I received but I am having some camera to computer issues. Did you by chance take a pic? If not I will take a photo and then bring it in and have it put on cd and then put it on my computer and post. *stinking camera cords* The stuff you gave me needs to be seen! I am in love with the shower curtain. Really really really like the fabric! And the super soft loveable rug. When I got it everyone was ooohing and awwing and had to touch it. I like the soap dish too. I think the color pink with flecks is nifty how did you make it? A very pleased swapper here!- Briana

Oh yay I'm so glad you liked everything! I was worried b/c it's A LOT of pink, lol. Here are the pictures I took:

The soap dish was made from that special Sculpey that looks like stone.

The shower curtain. I love this fabric, it's a little too pink for me but the pattern is soooo cute. I only tied on a few of the ties here.

The Piece de la Resistance: the bathmat. I crocheted this puppy using alternating single crochet and loop crochet. It took about 5 times longer than I thought it would. I used Sugar 'n Cream cotton yarn, about 6 balls of it, which was surprisingly inexpensive and amazingly soft. Just be sure you put a rug back under it, Briana, otherwise it will slip all over the place!

Here's a closeup of the stitching, the color is all wrong though. I took this thing everywhere so I could work on it, and now my friends want them too! lol! But I am going to have to come up with a faster way to do it in future. Maybe two strands of yarn and the biggest hook I can find?

Anyway, enough rambling, I'm so glad you liked everything Briana! That makes all the effort worthwhile!
