dear all,

what can i say...i hope you all like it. feedback welcome!!! Smiley

if you wonder why i posted so many pics, i read that we're encouraged to post progress pics, so i guess i went a little crazy.


finished clock with sushi drawings at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock (it's always sushi time...) and wasabi colored hand on the clock (it's the hand that counts the seconds)


you can see the single parts of the clock in this pic


first coat of paint


cherry blossom branch and scattered cherry blossoms painted on

I really like your clock.  I am not a big sushi fan, but I think the clock is beautiful.  Good job on the challenge!

thank you all for the really kind words.
i actually gave the clock away in a swap. I hope the person is happy with it.
anyone up for swaps please say so.

as for using chopsticks for the hands, they would have to be custom made because they would be too long. so i suppose one could for them in the shape of chopsticks though
