As you can see some of them are burnt, i don't cook often.
I was really pleasantly suprised when i was done, they were really good.

Ingredients

Turnovers
1 Large onion - chopped up
8 Mushrooms - chopped up
1 Carrot - chopped up
    Firm tofu
3 tbsp. Soy sauce
4 tbsp. Sesame oil
2 tbsp. Rice vinegar
1 Package of vegan wonton wrappers
   Vegetable oil - for frying

Sauce
3 tbsp. Soy sauce
4. tbsp. Sesame oil
2 tbsp. Brown sugar

Directions

1) Put skillet over medium heat, and add sesame oil. Add vegetables and tofu. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until cooked to preferance.

2) Take tsp. of cooked vegetables and tofu and place in wonton wrappers. Seal edges with water. Do this until mixture or wrappers runs out.

3) Heat skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil for frying. Place turnovers in skillet for about 10 seconds on each side.

4) Sauce: Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar together.

5) Enjoy  Smiley

I just saw this and wanted to say thanks, I'm not a vegetarian, but I think it's because I don't really know how to cook a "good" meatless meal.
