I'm so excited - I actually finished something! Ok, so I'm a really slow knitter, but this project was really easy. I found the pattern at MagKnits, here. I changed the pattern repeat, as I only used 2 kinds of yarn, instead of 3.

More details over at my blog. Thanks for looking! Comments always appreciated!

Your shawl looks really good! What yarn did you use? The colors are great together.

For the main yarn, I used Knit Picks Suri Dream (alpaca wool blend); and the contrast is Araucania's Quellon which is a cotton blend chenille. The colors are even more vibrant in person, I snapped this pic with crappy lighting cuz I was so excited to post about it! LOL The suri dream is in their ocean colorway (which isn't available anymore, but ocean heather is, fyi) and the quellon is in the #3 colorway, topaz, gold & mint.

Thanks for the nice words!

Well done and congratulations!   Smiley  It looks great, and the colour combination you chose is lovely.

Please feel free to check out my Dating and Tiffany Ring blogs.  A few more are listed on my profile page.  Smiley
