I am so incredibly glad you liked everything I sent, liebschien! It was a complete accident that it perfectly fit your waterbottle, let me tell you ... that cozy started life out as an armwarmer! I tested the fit on an empty Rolling Rock bottle, and it looked biggish ... I'm so glad it worked out!

(And superhooker, the secret to my success was actually Red Heart. The LYSes didn't have any colors that would work as well as these. And bonus: washable! Oh, and for Firefly/Serenity fans, they're the same colors that I've used for a Jayne Cobb hat, plus an orange shade.)


But now it's time for me to post my spoils. (And Gryffindors, if you think you made out like bandits ... wait until you see liebschien's awesome stitch-witchery!)

I received yesterday.  Here's pictures.  Before you get to the "action shot," please be aware it was taken before I had my morning coffee

She sent Arnold the Pygmy Puff, a stenciled t-shirt, a mini-house scarf, a shoulder bag/tote, a pin on the tote, a super awesome owl necklace, and some delicious delicious GORGEOUS yarn.

I looooooove this yarn.  According to the note, it's Lamb's Pride Bulky, hand dyed and spun with thread.  One skein is with gold thread, and one has little pearly beads.  It's true, goldfish girl!  Noone can get enough yarn, especially stuff this wonderful.  It's gorgeous.


A card with a quote from Luna Lovegood.  "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure."  I've never done anything with vellum, and I'm facinated by it. 


and, prior to my morning coffee, the action shot.  I don't know why I took it without the RavenClaw shirt on.  I blame my noncaffeinated state.  That owl necklace is so cute.  I don't wear a lot of jewelry, but I think I'll wear that fairly frequently.  I'm rather fond of owls.

oh!  I just realized I didn't take one specifically of the purse.  She made it out of found/recycled fabrics.  It's gray and wooly on the outside and lined in some blue cottony stuff on the inside.  It's the perfect size for a small crafty project, or a book, or other Ravenclaw activities.  I gotta say it again:
