Eye Chair

Hey!
Once upon a time there was a snow day and i had wayyy too much timr on my hands, so i decided to decorate a chair...






I only wish i could tell you how many eyes are on there.  It took my friends Steve Ellie and I HOURS to cut out all the eyes and hours more for me to glue them all on and then spray paint a clear coat on top.

I can't even describe how much I love this. I had no choice but to hit this rocks, because it's absolutely awesome.

Though I gotta say, I wonder where you got the two massive eyes for the top peice. They look too big to be part of a magazine ad.

I know where you're coming from on the time. For a 3D art class, i did something similar with eyes, though covering this foot cube. I had a dorm full of friends helping me cut eyes out of magazines one afternoon when  I finally realized trying to do it myself, I would never finish.

It's cool, I love collaged furniture when it's done right! I think it would look even better if you painted the lathed parts that are still natural wood black. It'd really make it pop.
