Wooo it looks great on you.  What kind of yarn did you use?

I used two strands of Bernat Softee Chunkee. I think the gauge ended up a little big, but it ended up working out okay.

Wasn't it too heavy ??  I want to use sub. for twinkle yarn too for budget reason.  However my concern's been that maybe other yarns will be too heavy and bulky.

It wasn't too bad - It's definitely more of a cold weather sweater now, rather than a "cool" weather sweater, but I don't feel like an astronaut or anything Smiley I think next time, to sub for Twinkle Cruise, I might use something smaller.

roxybritain, that sweater looks great on you.  Very flattering.  You've inspired me to put that one next in line.  I like the color, too.

I just bought some Lion Thick & Quick for the Chelsea sweater, hope it'll work!

I was considering buying thick & quick too. It looks really soft. I hope they have a good color selection when I go to the store (sometime).  Roll Eyes
