yeah I might as well post pics of what I sent out too.  (Piratecore cute are what you eat book idea!)

I sent a motivation & progress photo book, exercise dice cube, a water bottle with special ice cube tray that makes cubes that actually fit in the bottle & a handmade holder that would fit most bottles.  Also a fitness coloring book I found that made me laugh.  The big piece was a handmade lunch bag.

You can almost see the lil bikers that are on the black interior fabic.

Oh & a pedometer to count the steps walked everyday.

Here is a close up of the water bottle holder.

I wish I had joined in on this swap- what neat items everyone has! I love the crocheted lunch bag, and the water bottle holders are neat, too! The yoga mat bag is fabulous (even though I don't do yoga, I still want the bag!).

And, I love the idea of the exercise dice cube! What does it say on each side? I can only read the Crunches side.

Honestly I don't remember everything it said, but was stuff like dance to one song, do some jumpin jacks etc.  I picked up a picture cube, some stick man stickers & colored paper & just went with it.

Target actually.  Amazing what you can find in that place.  Stupid me didn't think to pick one up for myself.  Could come in handy this summer.
