So i made this cake for easter last year and i just found a pic of it and thought i would share  Smiley  better late then never i guess

awe its cute did you bake it in a big rectangle baking pan and cut it out or like a circle pan then to ovals pans?basicly how did you make the shape??

I made it with two circles
one for the head
and then cut the other one like a base ball to mae the ears and bow tie

How did you color the coconut??  I've heard there's a couple of different ways but I don't think I've tried it before.

The colors are great! I think its the eyes that really make it cute. It has a way cuter face than the other one's I've seen like this, such as this one I saw recently - http://www.kraftfoods.com/esi.net/seasonal/recipes.aspx?shortname=pathmark&d=&recipe_id=57450
